When you gain or lose a lot of weight, the skin stretches or shrinks to accommodate the new body volume. If the diet that is going to follow is to lose five kilos, it is improbable that appear striae, although always better to be prevented.

  • Moisturizing, emollient and/or nutritive excipients: it is essential to keep the skin in a high state of hydration.

Expert advises insisting on the use of an anti-stress cream and a firming at the same time: one by the day and another by night, which will also help combat flaccidity, another of the problems derived from weight loss.

Drinking two liters of water daily will help keep the skin hydrated during this process.
